The fully managed gymnasium located on mezzanine level, has a mix of mat pilates and yoga classes and is also home to the latest hi-tech equipment for cardio and strength & conditioning activity.
An indoor court is located on Ground Level in Central House – this is the ideal space for shooting hoops, a friendly game of fustol, volleyball, netball or indoor cricket. Team building will take on a whole new level with this unique offering and will be sure to encourage some physical activity amongst peers.
